Who this is for
Doodh Master is milk collection and dairy management software for businesses in India. It is not directed at children.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, phone, email, and dairy / plant name
- Business data you enter: suppliers, milk entries, billing, payments, and reports
- Device and login information needed for licensed devices and security
- Technical logs that help us fix errors and keep the service running
How we use information
- To provide milk collection, billing, sync, and support features
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and manage subscriptions
- To improve reliability for Indian dairy operations

Sharing
We do not sell your dairy business data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (hosting, email, or payment partners) only as needed to run Doodh Master, or when required by law in India.
Data storage and security
We use industry-standard safeguards. The Windows app may store data locally for offline use and syncs when connected. You are responsible for securing devices at your centre or plant.
