The service
These Terms govern your use of Doodh Master, including the web application and Windows desktop software operated by Krikir Technologies.
Doodh Master helps dairy businesses in India manage milk collection, supplier accounts, billing, payments, and related reports. Features depend on your active plan and device limits.
Accounts
- Provide accurate registration details for your dairy or society.
- You are responsible for staff logins and devices linked to your account.
- Do not share credentials outside your organisation.
Acceptable use
- Use the software only for lawful dairy business operations in India.
- Do not attempt to break security, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content or interfere with other customers.
Subscriptions and trials
Free trials and paid plans are offered as described on the pricing page and in-app billing screens. Fees, renewals, and device limits follow your selected plan.
Your data
You own the business data you enter. You grant us permission to host and process that data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Offline Windows use helps collection continue during network issues; sync depends on a working connection.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, Krikir Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Doodh Master. Our total liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
